OUR STORY
Care, inspired by Jane.
Jane believed care was something you gave quietly and personally. Even as her own health declined, she brought communion to elderly people who were alone, in their homes and care communities. She came not to fix or rush, but to be present. To Jane, care meant honoring people where they were, with patience and dignity.
That example shaped her granddaughter, Jessica, long before she became a Nurse Practitioner. Jane's Home Care carries it forward: care that feels personal, grounded, and trustworthy, so families feel supported and individuals feel seen, right where they are.
